Since QS&D's inception our creed has been to provide, to the best of our ability, the Best Customer Service in the audio industry. We fulfill that creed daily. We provide answers to inquiries concerning equipment we are authorized to service, listed below, along with equipment we are not. Along with this web page, we have 2 e-mail addresses, 2 phone lines and a fax line available for your inquiries. If you have an audio question, QS&D will provide you an answer in a timely manor.

REPAIR SERVICES

QS&D is an authorized service facility for the following manufacturers.

Ship your faulty unit to QS&D. Upon receipt, we will inspect and provide you with an estimate for the repair. If the unit is under manufacturers warranty, we will repair and return to you. If not, we will await your estimate approval and then repair and return. If, after estimate, you choose not to have the unit repaired, we charge an evaluation fee and return the unit. We also have upgrades and updates, especially for the QUAD ESL/ESL 63. If your unit was manufactured by someone other than those listed above, give us a call, we can probably fix it.

We also buy used QUAD equipment.
